
PTUSA’s Premier Camp , is designed for experienced and passionate players, looking for the most competitive and structured of all PTUSA camp programs.
In addition to fast paced technical sessions, all players will be exposed to SAQ training ( Speed, Agility & Quickness ), small group / team tactical excersises ,team building challenges and functional play ( positional concepts ).
This camp is more physically demanding and requires players to have at least 3 - 4 years of competitive playing experience.
Each Premier camp week will include:
* Structured / Dynamic warm ups, focussing on correct body movement and mechanics.
* SAQ / PACE Training
* Daily Tournament Play
* Tactical / Team Concepts
* Functional / Positional Training
* World Cup Festival
* PTUSA / Nike Camp T-Shirt.

A TYPICAL DAY: 9-1:00PM
9:00-9:10am: Camp Meeting/Split into Groups
9:10-9:45am: Speed, Agility and Quickness Exercises
9:45-10:15am: Ball Mastery and Manipulation
10:15-11:00am: Theme of the Day (ex 1v1/Shooting Technique/Passing)
10:00-11:20am: Break
11:20-12:00noon: Expansion on Theme of the Day (ex 2v1/ Final 3rd Attacking/ Combination Passing)
12:00-12:50pm: Small Sided Games//Tournament Play
