Our Premier camps are designed for players looking for the most competitive and dynamic camp environment. In addition to focusing on improving every player’s technical base, players will be introduced to new training methods that will include:

9:00-9:10am - Camp Meeting/Split into Groups
9:10-9:45am - Speed, Agility and Quickness Exercises
9:45-10:15am - Ball Mastery and Manipulation
10:15-11:00am - Theme of the Day (ex 1v1/Shooting Technique/Passing)
10:00-11:20am - Break
11:20-12:00noon - Expansion on Theme of the Day (ex 2v1/ Final 3rd Attacking/ Combination Passing)
12:00-12:50pm - Small Sided Games//Tournament Play
